The above still is from my latest work for the forthcoming BFI Southbank show (Sonic Cinema, Full Moon Special). There was a nice preview written about it in this Saturday’s Guardian Guide, you can read it online here.
Small test video projecting Victorian portraits onto steam and then filming it for the upcoming Tuesday Weld / Glen Duncan BFI Southbank performance this Thursday.
The Real Tuesday Weld / Glen Duncan
As part of BFI Southbank’s Gothic season, I am collaborating with The Real Tuesday Weld and author Glen Duncan to bring a live visual element to their forthcoming full moon spectacular on 16th January. There will be blood. Lots of blood. More info and tickets here: http://bit.ly/1e8Ajmu
I Like Trains – Progress / Reform
To celebrate their ten year anniversary, ILT are doing a special show at their spiritual home and playing their debut album in it’s entirety. I’m working with Ashley Dean (original member of the group and brilliant animator/artist) on the live visuals for the night. It’s going to be really really special. Even better than when Robbie rejoined Take That. He’s going to melt stuff (Not Robbie, Ashley) and I’m going to press a lot of buttons. It all happens on Thursday 12th December at Brudenell Social Club, Leeds.

I helped my pal Joss work the lights for this great reunion show this weekend. When I say help I mean I shouted STROBE in his ear a lot.
